Data Resources for Self-Study Reports

The university has a variety of data and information resources that should be referenced in writing the self-study report. Specific sections and topics in the self-study lend themselves more or less to the use of data. Many schools/colleges and programs maintain their own data, however whenever possible, programs should reference institutional data for consistent evaluation.

Response to Previous Academic Program Review

  • Prior Review Documents: Most dean’s offices maintain program review documents, including past self-study reports, committee reports, and summaries. APIR also maintains these records and can help access necessary/desired documents from past reviews.
