3. Establish a new degree/major (Request for Approval to Plan / Notice of Intent, Standard-Track), MBA-Business: Administration and Management, School of Business. 4. Establish a new undergraduate certificate, Certificate in Business Leadership, Department of Management and Human Resources, School of Business, effective fall 2026. Presenter: Daniel Bauer, senior associate dean.

5. Establish a new degree/major (Request for Approval to Plan / Notice of Intent, Fast-Track), MS-Education: Instructional Coaching, Department of Educational Psychology, School of Education. 6. Establish a new degree/major (Request for Authorization to Implement), PhD-Wisconsin Idea Executive Educational Leadership Preparation Program, Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, School of Education. Suspend and subsequently discontinue a named option, PhD-Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, Opt: Wisconsin Idea Executive PhD Cohort, Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, School of Education. Admission will be suspended effective fall 2027 with the discontinuation effective fall 2031. Action pending approval by GFEC, 9 January 2026.
