6. Suspend and subsequently discontinue a certificate, Capstone Certificate in Powertrain Electrification, College of Engineering. Admission will be suspended effective Spring 2027 with the discontinuation effective Fall 2027. Action pending approval by the Graduate Faculty Executive Committee (GFEC), 12 September 2025.

7. Suspend and subsequently discontinue a named option, MS-Physics, Opt: Quantum Computing, Department of Physics, College of Letters & Science. Admission will be suspended effective Fall 2026 with the discontinuation effective Fall 2029. Action pending approval by GFEC, 12 September 2025.
