3. Suspend and subsequently discontinue a graduate/professional certificate program, Certificate in Bilingual Psychological Services: Esperanza, Department of Counseling Psychology, School of Education. Admission will be suspended effective fall 2026 with the discontinuation effective fall 2027. Action pending approval by the Graduate Faculty Executive Committee (GFEC), 14 November 2025.

4. Discontinue a center/institute, Center for Plasmas in the Laboratory and in Astrophysics, Department of Physics, College of Letters & Science, effective Spring 2026.

5. Discontinue a center/institute, Seminary of Medieval Spanish Studies, Department of Spanish and Portuguese, College of Letters & Science, effective Spring 2026.
